You are going to receive your digital version of the illustration in 2 - 14 business days depending on the time of the year and order count.We are going to send the artwork in the email you provided in the checkout, so please write the email you use. After you receive it you can point out your desired changes for us to tweak it a little bit. After the illustration is finished wait for you to receive png and jpeg files into your email.
We ship worldwide for free.
We use priority international economy mail services, therefore your orders will be delivered to your postal-box, or you may have to go to your post office to pick it up.

We offer free tracked shipping option for all physical products.
Tracked Mail- provides a tracking number, the tracking number will appear in your order status page, once the item has been shipped.
Please note that both shipping methods are the same service, just tracked mail gives you an ability to track it, we charge an extra fee for this as this is a more expensive shipping option for us than non-tracked mail.
